3. Ordering & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by US-Peptides™. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe products may be misused. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs at the point of dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on business days the same day. Delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. US-Peptides™ is not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, DHL, or other carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will assess each case individually. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

US-Peptides™ accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequence arising from the misuse of our products or from use outside the stated research purpose. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
